Lyle Stein
With over 35 years of experience, Lyle brings a seasoned perspective to the fund management industry. Throughout his
career he has been a financial consultant, an expert
economic witness, a top ranked portfolio strategist, an
award winning mutual fund manager, an entrepreneur
who created and sold his own portfolio management
company, and a CEO of a large independent portfolio
manager.
Lyle was twice voted
Canada’s “Top Ranked” portfolio strategist by Brendan
Woods International. While at Sceptre Investment Counsel, in addition to being
part of a team which oversaw $14 B in institutional client
assets, he was the manager of the Sceptre Balanced
Growth Fund which was twice named Canada’s
“Balanced Fund of the Year.”
He has co-taught a second-year MBA Finance class at
McMaster University, and is a guest lecturer at Humber
College.

Craig MacDonald
Craig MacDonald has served clients as an investment advisor for BMO Nesbitt Burns over the last five years.
Prior to Nesbitt, he played professional hockey for 16 years in the NHL, AHL, and IHL for a wide array of teams including Tampa Bay, Boston, and Chicago.
Craig studied Economics at Harvard University.

Roshan Dutta
Roshan Dutta is currently pursuing his MBA at The Wharton School. Prior to Wharton, he was a member of the Healthcare Private Equity team at Blue Mountain Capital, a New York-based hedge fund with approximately $18 billion under management.
Mr. Dutta previously worked at PJT Partners (fka, The Blackstone Group), where he spent two years as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. He received a B.A. in Economics and Asian & Middle Eastern Development in 2016 from Dartmouth College.

Robyn Marshall
Robyn Marshall is a Vice President in the Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan in New York focusing on Equity Capital Markets.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Energy Coverage for RBC Capital Markets in Calgary. She graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 2012 with a BBA in finance and marketing.

Drew Barvir
Drew is an Associate with CPP Investments’ Direct Private Equity team, based in London, UK. Prior to his current role, Drew was in CPP’s Toronto office, with both the Direct Private Equity and Credit Investment groups.
Drew is also a co-chair of the loan review committee for ACCESS Community Capital Fund, a philanthropic organisation that provides micro loans to entrepreneurs and to support professional designations. He is also an avid golf, hockey and football fan and enjoys hiking, international travel and trying new restaurants.
Drew is originally from Calgary, Alberta and holds Bachelor of Commerce, First Class Honours, from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Alexander MacDonald
Alexander MacDonald is an Equity Investment Analyst with Cowan Asset Management. Prior to joining the firm, Alexander was an Equity Research Associate with investment banks National Bank Financial and, before that, Wellington West Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, Alexander worked within a diverse range of industries, including positions with a marketing software company, oil and gas producer Nexen, and electrical utility Nova Scotia Power.
Alexander holds an MBA degree from the Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from St. Francis Xavier University/Dalhousie University. Alexander is a CFA charterholder and a licensed professional engineer.

Christopher Creatura
Christopher Creatura operates a boutique financial services firm providing M&A advisory, growth capital and consulting services. Prior to this, he was an investment banker at BofA Merrill Lynch in New York. Chris has a B.A. in philosophy and is a CPA.

Kim Campbell
Kim Campbell is an Associate in Power & Renewables at CPP Investment Board. She graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 2016 with an Honours in Finance and Minor in Economics. Kim has passed all three levels of the CFA program.

Gordon La
Gordon La is currently a Capital Markets Research Analyst for CBRE Limited's National Research and Advisory & Transaction group. He works closely with the National Investment and Debt Capital Markets team as well as all commercial real estate sector groups.
Gordon holds a Master of Financial Economics (MFE) degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western University. In addition, he received a Joint Honours degree in Finance and Economics from St.FX University with a minor in Mathematics.

Jake Baker
Jacob Baker is currently an Analyst at Russell Investments. He works with the North American Portfolio Consulting Group in conjunction with the global Investment Division and Manager Research teams to deliver investment insights, research and analysis.
Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. FX University and is a CFA Level 3 Candidate.

Jack Evans
Jack graduated from St.FX in 2018 with a degree in Economics and recently concluded a masters degree in Financial Economics at the University of Toronto. Jack has completed a summer internship with RBC Capital Markets in Commodities Sales and Trading in Toronto.
Jack is a mentor for the Bridge to Capital Markets program and Xaverian Capital. In his free time, Jack likes to cook, woodwork, and scuba dive.

Aaron Hoyles
Aaron Hoyles is currently a candidate in the Master of Financial Economics (MFE) at the University of Western Ontario. In addition, he received his BBA with a Major in Finance and Minor in Economics from St. Francis Xavier University in 2019.
Aaron has completed both sell side and buy side internships across various asset classes and market making functions.
